Student Activities

Mentor System
Mentors are assigned to all undergraduate classes. Their purpose is to help students in academic learning, campus-life adjustment, and career planning. Student counseling takes on different forms, such as regular individual talks, class council meetings, telecommunications, and group discussions, etc. Further counseling and aid are arranged for students if the mentors find it necessary.


Business Visit
The College organized about 20 business visits to famous enterprises in which more than 1000 students participate every year. Through business visits, students have chances to see operations of different manufactories or companies. The College also organizes international business visits to US and China every year to broaden students’ international view.

Student Internship
It is one of the College’s priorities to help students link with the industries. The College cooperates with companies and industries to offer opportunities for students to take internships in summer. In internships, students learn to solve problems, gain working experiences, and integrate theory and practice. Student interns are mentored by faculty members. Faculty members would provide students with advises. Besides, the MBA program of International Business Management invites outstanding experts from industries to be “professional mentors.” The MBA students can learn valuable knowledge and experiences from the mentors.


Career Consultation
Senior students are regularly invited to participate in various campus recruiting activities held by renowned companies. Distinguished alumni and EMBA students constantly come back to share their work experiences with and provide career opportunities to the students graduating from the College.
